Questions
Which licenses does it handle?
Any license with a renewal date and a credit-hour requirement — RN, LPN, NP, PA, RT, PT, OT, SLP, pharmacist, social work, counseling. You enter the requirement once per license and Recertly counts against it.
Does it report my hours to a board or CE Broker?
No. Recertly is your own record: it keeps the certificates, the dates, and the totals so you always know where you stand. Nothing is submitted on your behalf.
What if a course counts toward two licenses?
Attach the same certificate to both. Each license counts it once, and the certificate still lives in one place.
Can I get my files back out?
Yes. Recertly keeps the exact file you uploaded and hands the original back on request. Certificates stay in your vault whether or not you are subscribed, though an unsubscribed account can only open the oldest one — so download what you need before you cancel.
Is my data private?
Your certificates are yours. They are not shared, sold, or used to train anything, and only you can see your vault.
